  • Do you offer Video Services?
    Yes, for your convenience we offer both services in all of our packages, as one agreement.  We have a team of highly skilled professionals that have worked together over 20 years creating photo/video magic.  We only use the best digital equipment with expert editors.  Ask about our digital DVD slideshow, you won’t be disappointed.
  • Is there an extra charge for multiple locations?
    No, there is no charge for multiple locations, however, you may have a time limit on your chosen package.
  • Do you offer discounts for off-peak season?
    We offer discounts on any event booked for the off-peak months of December-February.  We also offer discounts on any events held on weekdays, Monday-Friday.  Ask for details.
  • How do I make an appointment?
    Click on our contact us link above, or call us at 323-270-1870. we work on an appointment only basis.  For your convenience, we can meet with you in the comfort of your home, or wherever you are most comfortable.  We know that the most important thing is being able to re-live your special event over and over again through Photographic Memories!
  • Are references available from past clients?
    Yes, references are available upon request.  You can also read Testimonials from past clients on this website.
  • What is required to reserve my date?
    Upon our agreement to partner, an investment of 25% of the total package is required.  The balance will be due on or before the event.
  • What style of photography is your specialty?
     We combine traditional & portraiture with a photojournalistic approach.  We are flexible and pride ourselves on working with you to make your special event memorable and unique.
  • Can I purchase my digital negatives?
    We believe you should own the images from your special event.  All digital negatives are included at no additional charge with every package, along with a photo release letter to show at the lab of your choice, for copyright purposes.
  • Can I see a full wedding/reception from beginning to end?
    Yes, contact us for the password and instructions in order to view one or more of our past weddings online.
  • Can I customize my own package?
    Yes.  You have the choice of sharing your ideas, or choosing one of our most popular packages.  Sometimes the combination of both is the perfect package.  It’s flexible.
  • Do you offer other types of photography/video services?
    Yes, weddings are our specialty; however we offer maternity, family portraits, headshots, anniversaries, birthday parties, corporate and special events.  Call or email for details.
  • How long have you been in business?
     Photographic Memories has been specializing in the professional photography business for 25 years.  We have enjoyed creating special memories for weddings, engagements, anniversaries, maternity shots, births, graduations, quinceaneras, corporate and special events.
  • What is the timeframe to receive my photographs?
    Your photographs will be available to view online 3 weeks after event.  Once proof selections are agreed upon and finalized, the album process will take 8 weeks for printing, customization and binding.  If extra products are ordered such as parent albums and/or extra prints, please allow 2-3 weeks for final delivery.
  • Do you carry Liability Insurance?
    Yes, we carry up to 2 million dollars worth of liability insurance.
  • What type of albums do you offer?
    We offer the extremely popular Magazine/Modern Style Flushmount Albums that are custom made, as well as, coffee table books.  Upon request we do more traditional albums.  We are able to create whatever you envision for your memorable occasion.
